Background Dr. Jeffery IfeanyichukwuChisumum is a Nigerian. He hails from Obinomba in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. He is married and blessed with children. Dr. Jeffery IfeanyichukwuChisunum is a full time academics. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) from the prestigious University of Port-Harcourt, Port-Harcourt, (2015) where he specialized in language Education/Curriculum/Educational Technology, Masters Degree M.ED, Language Education and Curriculum, Studies/Educational Technology still from the University of Port-Harcourt in (2005), Bachelors of Arts Education, University of Benin, Benin City, (1997), - Proficiency Certificate from Universite du Benin Togo, 1986, Nigerian French Language Village Immersion Programme (1996) and Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) English/French, (1988). He started his work experience as an English and literature teacher in Archdeacon Crowther Memorial Girls' Grammar School Elelenwo, Port Harcourt. Thereafter, he was offered a lecturing appointment by Delta State Government when he was taken in the then Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro, as a lecturer of English in the School of General studies in (2007),beforehe transferred to Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku in the School of General Studies in 2013. He was further absorbed into the Old College of Education, Agbor as a lecture in Curriculum, Studies//Educational Technology, School of Education in 2020 before the school was made a fullfledged University in 2021. He is presently a Lecturer I in the Department of Arts and Social Science Education, Faculty of Education, University of Delta Agbor, Delta.
